Mary Culnane, MSN, MS, PhD is an Evaluator at the Center for Research in Education and Social Policy (CRESP) at the University of Delaware. As an evaluation practitioner, she collaborates closely with stakeholders to identify their evaluation needs and utilizes innovative evaluation strategies to meet those needs. Her primary research interest focuses on systems research and understanding how theory can inform the design, methods, and dissemination of evaluations.
